BRIEF — Studio 805, the Doncaster-based sustainable fashion label established in 2008 by Andrew Bannister-Bailey, commissioned Huckbody to create a portfolio of images showcasing its exclusive collection of kimono jackets and cropped ‘Samurai’ trousers for ONE GOOD GIFT. Celebrating the slow fashion principles which are at the heart of this brand, Huckbody collaborated with Manchester Metropolitan University photography graduate Josie Hunt and The Gambia-born, Sheffield-based sociology student Imzy Camara. Here, a sample selection of the stills. The entire portfolio is available to view on request.
